CLASSICS:
"Just" another classic along with "the Thing", "Them", "The Blob" 1950's edition, and "The Andromeda Strain" 1950's edition, and there may very well be others of that era that we could recommend to the more recent generations, hence the four stars.
These are all in a class all by themselves but we still cannot forget Dracula, Werewolf, or THE Monster, and others in that class.

BRING PLENTY OF CANS OF "RAID"!!!
I always enjoyed watching TARANTULA, as a child. And also today as a middle aged man. This movie was made well, and the actors did a good job. It hooked my interest no matter how many times I watched it. They used the same TARANTULA in this film as they did in the movie, THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN 1957. Clint Eastwood has a small role as one of the fighter pilots in a jet that were going to send bombs toward the spider to kill it.
